How to Install & Configure

  1. Download the EA file from its MQL5 page:

  2. Copy Alligator_EA_V1_1.ex4 to your MT4 → MQL4/Experts folder.

  3. Restart MT4 or right-click Navigator → Refresh.

  4. Attach the EA to your chosen chart (e.g. EURUSD H1).

  5. Inputs tab: apply recommended defaults, or tweak:

    • RiskPercent = 1.0

    • AlligatorPeriodJaws = 13, Teeth = 8, Lips = 5

    • MinSpreadPips = 10

    • TradeStartHour = 8, TradeEndHour = 18

  6. Common tab: enable “Allow automated trading” and “Allow DLL imports.”
