1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MQL5 Forex platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service, including but not limited to downloading Expert Advisors, indicators, scripts, and accessing market analysis.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MQL5 Forex's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall NOT allow you to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" on any other server

3. Trading Risks

Trading foreign exchange (Forex) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security
• You may not use another user's account without permission

5. Expert Advisors & Trading Tools

All Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, and scripts provided on our platform are for educational and informational purposes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• We do not guarantee any specific trading results or profits
• Users are responsible for testing EAs on demo accounts before live trading
• All trading decisions made using our tools are at your own risk
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred from using our trading tools

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MQL5 Forex and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MQL5 Forex.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe or violate our intellectual property rights
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or malicious code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MQL5 Forex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MQL5 Forex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
